We are the Be Merciful Association
We are veteran Ukrainian cyclists and we are approaching you with a request for financial and material support for young Ukrainian cyclists. These are pupils of youth sports schools, sports boarding schools, cycling clubs and cycling organisations. At the age of 10 to 16 years, these children face the difficulties of adult life. It is precisely at this crucial stage that children form their character, change their view of the world and dream of achieving high sporting results, of becoming champions.
The military conflict in our country and the lack of funding have shattered the fate of millions of children. Many of them are in need of psychological rehabilitation and healthcare. There are regions that are partially or totally destroyed by military actions, and children are forced to leave their homes and move to more peaceful areas.
We have high hopes for your financial or material support, which will help us to restore the children's opportunities to study, train, participate in camps and competitions, and overcome obstacles on their way to achieving their goals.
Material support will also enable our little heroes to be provided with bicycles, sports equipment, training apparatus and facilities for sports practice. We will also support the families of the children who died during training.
When we stick together, there are many of us. Together, let's spark hope and bring inspiration back to our children.

My name is Oleksandr Roshchuk founder of Be Merciful.
I am a former athlete and cyclist who is part of this association created for the purpose of helping young cyclists in Ukraine.
Throughout my career in sport, I have experienced ups and downs, victories and disappointments, as well as physical and emotional injuries. However, thanks to my willpower and the character that my coaches have instilled in me, I have achieved very good results.
Like me, many of my teammates at Be Merciful have achieved high positions in amateur and professional cycling. We have earned masters of sport titles at the highest levels and have become winners at the international level.
Although fate has scattered us to different parts of the world, we will never forget the best years of our sporting life. Today, seeing the difficulties faced by young Ukrainian cyclists breaks our hearts and we want to help as much as possible so that they can fulfil their dreams. The military conflict in Ukraine has brought serious difficulties and limited the opportunities for these young people to play sports and compete at international level.
As we see their eyes full of hope and thirst for training, we know that our mission is to help them overcome all the obstacles they encounter on their journey. As part of Be Merciful, an organisation made up of cyclists, we call on everyone in the world to show mercy and support these young cyclists.
